Process

Gridded Greatness

The design language used is clean and functional with an air of refinement. A strong layout grid harkens to the gridded boards used in most games, and the color palette alludes to the materials used in the boards and pieces. The magazine wouldn't look out of place sat beside the board as you played some chess or studied a game of go.
